Book
Hardcover. Condition: Good +. Dust Jacket Condition: None. When Elbert Hubbard was storing up in his Scrap Book the fruits of other men's genius, he did not comtemplate a volume for publication; he was merely gathering provisions for his own refreshment and delection. To glance at the pages of his Scrap Book is to realize how far and wide he pursued the quest. What stimulated and uplifted him should furnish others with strength for the struggle against the sameness of the workaday world. Such at least is the purpose to which the book is dedicated. 228 pages plus indexes of subjects and authors. Inside the front cover is an affixed Birthday Card. Interior pages and clean & binding is tight. Volume itself has red covers with black lettering on the spine and front cover. The spine has some wear at the head and tail and some fading due to sun exposure. A very light crease runs across the front cover. All in all, a highly serviceable copy, available for immediate shipment; carefully packed.
