About the author (1994)

Robert N. Rosen was born and raised in Charleston, south Carolina. He studied at the University of Virginia and at Harvard University, were he received an M.A. in history, as well as at the University of South Carolina Law School. Rosen has practiced law for twenty-six years in Charleston and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
