Commonwealth of Australia," and inserting
"The Commonwealth of Australia Consti-

Clause 2 (Act to bind Crown), 225; agreed to,

Clause 3 (Power to proclaim commonwealth of

O'Connor, providing that the proclamation
must be issued within one year after the
passing of the act, agreed to, 228. Amend-
ment by Council, New South Wales, to omit
