SECTION 14. Authorizing the State Treasurer to negotiate a temporary loan of three hundred thousand dollars, to meet the semi-annual interest due on the public debt of the Commonwealth on the first of February, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-two.

SECTION 1. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enac'ed by the authority of the same, That the stockholders of the Wellsboro' and Tioga Plank Road Company

shall hereafter elect six managers of said company, who shall hold their Election of office as follows: two of said managers shall be elected for one year, officers. two for two years, and two for three years, and annually thereafter two managers shall be elected, who shall hold their office for three years, and until others are duly elected to supply their places.
