IN BOARD OF ALDERMEN, December 8, 1879.

Ordered, That the oration of His Honor the Mayor, delivered at the dedication of the Statue of Abraham Lincoln, representing Emancipation, together with the address by Alderman Breck, the poem by John G. Whittier, and such other documents as may be of interest, be printed as a city document, under the direction of the Superintendent of Printing; and that five hundred extra copies be printed.
