Sir, I am glad to inform you that my kitchen chimney, which has for years been considered an incurable smoker, is now perfectly cured by your Patent Chimney Pot and the alterations made at bottom of the chimney under your instructions. In my endeavours to get rid of the annoyance I have spent nearly fifty pounds, and only regret that I did not know of your valuable invention five years ago, as I feel assured it would have saved me much money and inconvenience.
