SIR: I have the honor to transmit herewith report of the Georgetown & Tennally town Railway Co. for the 10 months ended October 31, 1926.

Effective November 1, 1926, under provisions of act of Congress approved June 5, 1900, and with the approval of the Public Utilities Commission of the District of Columbia, all of the estate, property, rights, and franchises of this company were acquired by the Washington Railway & Electric Co., Washington, D. C., and the operations of said property subsequent to November 1, 1926, are included in the report of the Washington Railway & Electric Co. filed for year ended December 31, 1926.

This report is for the 10 months period ended October 31, 1926.

NOTE. The rails, overhead trolley system and all other equipment and appurtenances formerly utilized in the operation of trolley cars on the lines of this company have all been removed, and auto bus service substituted therefor, over the routes designated above.
