A copy of this discourse you were pleased to ask for publication, a compliance with which the preacher respectfully declined, because he found that all the facts and documents relative to the origin of the New Brunswick Presbytery could not be included in a single discourse but he determined to make use of such materials as he possessed, or could obtain, to form a small volume, and lay it before your reverend body.
