Hamilton R. Gamble, Governor of the State of Missouri: purpose Mr. JOHN H. SHANKLIN, member elect to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of Jacob T. Tindall, of the 9th District, came forward, presented his credentials, and was sworn in as a member of this Convention.
