ESTIMATES OF APPROPRIATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE SERVICE OF THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1865.

JOINT RESOLUTION relative to the printing and distribution of the annual estimates.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States in Congress assembled, That it shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Treasury to cause the estimates of appropriations, which he is by law required to prepare and submit to Congress, to be printed, and copies of the same to be delivered to the Clerk of the House of Representatives in time for distribution at the commencement of each session; and that the Clerk distribute the said estimates in the manner in which documents printed by Congress are directed to be distri buted.

SIR: Agreeably to the joint resolution of Congress of the 7th of January, 1946, I have the honor to transmit, for the information of the House of Representatives, printed estimates of additional appropriations required to complete the service of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1864, and previous years, viz:
