AN ACT

To change the name of David Froank to David Balz.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona:

SECTION 1. That the name of David Froank be, and hereby is, changed to David Balz.

SEC. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

APPROVED January 13th, 1875.

AN ACT

To regulate the Salary of the Territorial Treasurer of Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona:

SECTION 1. That from and after this date the salary of the Territorial Treasurer of the Territory of Arizona, shall be five hundred ($500) dollars per annum for performing the duties as such Treasurer, and no additional sum shall be allowed for incidental or other expenses.

SEC. 2. All acts and parts of acts in contravention of this act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This act to take effect from and after its passage.

AN ACT

Fixing the fees of the Clerk of the District Court for naturalizing citizens.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona:

SECTION 1. The Clerk of the District Court shall be entitled for making out naturalization papers, including all the necessary oaths, affirmations and certificates for the first papers, two dollars; for making out naturalization papers, including all necessary oaths, affirmations and certificates for the final papers, five dollars.

SEC. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT

To repeal Chapter Eighteen of the Compiled Laws of Arizona, entitled "Of the Territorial Reporter."

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona:

SECTION 1. That Chapter eighteen of the Compiled Laws of the Territory of Arizona, in relation to Territorial Reporter, is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. This act to take effect from and after its passage.
APPROVED February 1st, 1875.
