Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, and Knight of the Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic, of Spain; and Maria Theresa, the wife of Thomas Henry Lister, Esq. the younger brothers and sister of the Right Honourable George William Frederick Earl of Clarendon, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, and Her Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Her Catholic Majesty, may henceforth have, hold, and enjoy the same titles, place, pre-eminence, and precedence which would have been due to them respectively if their late father, George Villiers, Esq. (commonly called the Honourable George Villiers), had survived his elder brother, the Right Honourable John-Charles late Earl of Clarendon, and had thereby succeeded to the said title and dignity of Earl of Clarendon : And Her Majesty has also been pleased to command, that the said royal order and declaration be registered in Her College of Arms.
