Exclusive of those marginal notes which are above mentioned as omitted, a few others also of a less important nature might be pointed out. The punctuation is in several places erroneous, particularly in the first volume. And it is also to be observed, that in a few instances, st. 1. or st. 2. should have been added in the references to acts, to distinguish between the first or second session in which they were passed: but this omission is supplied by the chronological tables. Perhaps it may be deemed an error to use C. B. as an abbrevia. Hon for the court of common bench or common pleas, instead of C. P.
