And 41 Geo 3.c.91. it is enacted by the 41 Geo. 3. c. 91. s. 5. G. Provided (s. 2.) that such crime which shall be committed in any country or place out of Great Britain, either within the dominions of the king, or without, shall and may be inquired of, &c. in any shire or county of Great Britain, by virtue of the king's commission of oyer and terminer, . , and gaol delivery, or before any court of justiciary in Scotland, as if there committed. And the 27 Geo. 3. c. 27.
