On motion, duly seconded, it was ordered by the Board that allowances be made to the secretary of the Board, as follows: For one clerk, six hundred dollars. For one miscellaneous clerk, one hundred and fifty dollars. For three copies of pocket list of railroad officials, three dollars and ten cents. On motion, duly seconded, as and for the last day of the first session of this Board for the year 1910, and that this order have the same force and effect as if then made, it is ordered by the Board that the longhand copy of the stenographer's notes taken during the first session of the Board for the year 1910, be, and the same is hereby made a part of the record of this Board for the said first session.
