AN ACT CONCERNING THE STONEHAM BRANCH RAILROAD COMPANY. Chap. 111 Be it enacted, &c., as follows:

AN ACT IN RELATION TO POLICE COURTS.

Be it enacted, &c., as follows:

Nothing contained in the twentieth section of the one place for holding hundred and sixteenth chapter of the General Statutes, shall authorize any police court to be held in any other place, than such as shall be provided therefor by the district for which such court may have been established.

Chap. 116 AN ACT FOR THE RETURN OF OFFICERS' FEES FOR SERVICE OF

Be it enacted, &c., as follows:

WARRANTS.

All warrants issued under the provisions of the seventyfifth chapter of the General Statutes of this Commonwealth, may be returned to the clerks of the superior court, and all fees thereon shall be allowed in the same manner that costs are now allowed in criminal proceedings.

SECTION 1. If at any time the supply of water from the source first fixed upon and selected shall be insufficient for the wants of said city, the said city may, by suitable works, conduct water from either of the other sources referred to in this act, or the act to which this is in addition, into the aqueduct first constructed, or into any reservoir therewith connected.
