Walking With God

Having never been raised in church and then, at the age of 35, finding myself graduated from Bible school as an ordained minister, a paradox in my life emerged. The practices I had observed being portrayed as Christianity only slightly resembled the standards I had studied in the Bible! I determined that many of those involved in "church" were not involved in Christianity, but instead were steeped in "churchianity." Most knew only a little about God, and I almost never found anyone who knew God personally. Now, don't misunderstand-I was not a bastion of spiritual maturity, but I believed that the Bible was divinely inspired. I also recognized the great ally I had in the Holy Spirit, who helped me unravel the mess I had created and began to turn me into something of worth. Thus began a journey of incredible excitement and intense challenges. I had determined to "walk with God" and would not settle for anything less than His absolute best for my life. I also began to teach others about how to have an intimate fellowship with God. This book is a compilation of my experiences and those teachings. It is biblically based and corroborated.
