With the life-blood of the slaughtered lords Upon the forehead of the bull the horns stand all slippery is the sand, close and near,

Yet proudly in the centre hath Gazul ta'en From out the broad and wrinkled skull like his stand; daggers they appear; And ladies look with heaving breast, and His neck is massy, like the trunk of some old lords with anxious eyeknotted tree,

But the lance is firmly in its rest, and his Whereon the monster's shagged mane, like look is calm and high. billows curled, ye see.
